Addicted to Cake Pops

I've been making cake pops for a few months now and I think it's safe to say I'm addicted. I thought I'd set up a little blog to chronicle my creativity!
Here's today's cake pop creations:




Vanilla flavoured sponge covered in strawberry and white chocolate flavoured candy coating and decorated with dark chocolate and sprinkles. Mmmmmmmmm....
The swirly patterns are a skill I've been practicing and I've found the best way to do it is to fill a sandwich bag with candy coating, melt it in the microwave, snip away the corner and swirl away! Be warned - it does take a little bit of practice and patience but I think the results are well worth it. I also used this technique for my jubilee cake pops:
